How many days do I have to exchange my item?

We understand that you might change your mind. As such, you can exchange any item within 7 days of delivery. The 7-day window starts on the day you effectively receive the item at your delivery location.

Once we are informed of your intent to return your order, you will have 7 days to send us back the item from the date of your return notification to us.

Do I need to cover the return shipping cost?

You will have to cover the price of the return.

What type of exchange can I expect?

In order to make the exchange possible, the item should remain in its complete original form with all the packaging and receipt.

The exchange shall only be possible with equal or over the price value of the new item you select for exchange purposes.

You must inform us of any other item of your interest and pay the difference between the exchanged products at the time of delivery.
